Lazy Tracking

Lazy Tracking (Your Immersion Hours) A lot of people aren’t tracking their immersion hours because they find it too much work. I have a few recommendations that you can use to make tracking your hours easy! No timers included. I’ll write this in order of least technical to most technical. #0 How to Record your Hours I recorded my hours via a notes app forever. This was easy but not ideal because I had to scroll down to my current spot and couldn’t do any graphs or calculations on it. A huge improvement I would recommend for those who are on iOS or macOS is to use the Shortcuts app to make a shortcut to input your minutes/hours into a spreadsheet automatically via a nice input interface. I have attached a screenshot of my shortcut structure that does this. ...

My Top 10 Anime

Here Are My Top 10 Anime In Order Parasyte -the maxim- (寄生獣 セイの格率) Moomin (楽しいムーミン一家) A Certain Scientific Railgun (とある科学の超電磁砲) AoButa (青春ブタ野郎はバニーガール先輩の夢を見ない) Saiki Kusuo (斉木楠雄のΨ難) Sword Art Online (ソードアート・オンライン) One Piece (ONE PIECE) Charlotte (シャーロット) Bokrua no (ぼくらの) Erased (僕だけがいない街) Here’s Why Parasyte feels like the perfect mix of anime to me. The main character is cool, the action is great, the story is funny and has romance, and the themes and pacing is amazing. I love Moomin because it feels calm and like a whole other world. The sense of adventure and the wholesomeness of it is endearing. I love this anime for its world building, action scenes, and, most of all, its story. I particularly like the first opening. I hate the English name of this show. It makes it seem in poor taste, when the show is actually really self-aware, witty, and an amazing story. Saiki K feels very western to me. It’s a satire of anime and does it really well. Sword Art Online was the first anime I watched and although it has its flaws (lots of them), it’s too nostalgic to not put on my list. I haven’t seen past episode 500 but the time in my life when I was binging One Piece was amazing, so it’s nostalgic to me. And it’s really funny. Charlotte is a weird one for me. The main thing I like about it is the ending as well as the aesthetic (especially it being in the early 2000s). I hate Bokura no. I think it’s scary and gives me a sense of dread. Even now when I think about it, it gives me a bad feeling. However, it’s because of this that its so good. The plot is executed super well and I love the format of it. The story is captivating and has the perfect mix of mystery, action, and suspense. Erased is probably the best mystery anime I’ve seen. The setting is especially great.
